    Here is an example of their so-called customer service: Initial Question: My package arrived in Dallas at 3:30 AM yesterday. It was guaranteed for delivery in Austin today. WHERE IS IT? Adonis R.: Hi, this is Adonis R.. I'll be happy to assist you. Adonis R.: I understand that you wanted to know the status of your package. I'll look into that for you right away. Adonis R.: Thank you for waiting. I have checked the status of your shipment in our tracking system. Our records indicate that the package is still in transit and it is scheduled to be deliver tomorrow. Adonis R.: Have you had enough time to review the information? Jim: Where is it? Jim: It has not been scanned since yesterday morning. How can you possibly know it wil be delivered tomorrow? Adonis R.: Upon checking the package is still in transit. The Physical scan of the package was at the facility at Dallas, TX. Jim: At 3:30 YESTERDAY MORNING Adonis R.: It is already provided by the system that the package will be deliver
