This bank is unable to help activate a new ATM card and get a pin number of any kind. This includes our local bank that says they are unqualified to do any work concerning ATM cards. I think they are lazy and should be fired. They are very rude and should be ashamed to be a member of our fine community!!! Go BB&T!!!!! I have an account with Peoples Bank and they are great to work with. I would close this account with BB&T but I have a lot of business going on and it is not good timing for me to walk away today. I will close my accounts as soon as I can do so!!!! I would like to tell upper management but I can not get to them
